The Problem
Sense Patagonia, an adventure tourism company in Patagonia, had no way to take bookings online. Everything was handled by phone or WhatsApp: the team manually coordinated excursion availability, collected payment by bank transfer, and sent confirmations by hand. With high-demand seasons and tourists arriving from three different countries, the lack of a digital system was limiting growth and causing constant operational errors.
The Solution
We built a complete booking system from scratch: shopping cart, checkout with multiple payment methods (bank transfer, Mercado Pago, and PayPal), an admin panel to manage availability, pricing and bookings, and multilingual support in Spanish, English and Portuguese with prices in ARS and USD. Each excursion has its own page, date, available capacity and automated confirmation logic.

Results
Sense Patagonia launched its booking platform and started receiving online payments from day one. The team stopped coordinating bookings via WhatsApp and switched to managing everything from a centralized panel. The platform supports tourists from Argentina, the United States and Brazil with prices in two currencies and three languages, and scales with the season without manual intervention.
