The Solution
We built an AI-powered employment platform that streamlines and objectifies the selection process from the recruiter's side. The AI module analyzes candidate profiles and cross-references them with each vacancy's requirements to generate compatibility recommendations sorted by relevance. We complemented the system with a modern, fluid, and easy-to-use interface.
