The Problem
HR teams across Latin America receive hundreds of applications per vacancy and filter them by hand, based on intuition and inconsistent criteria. The process is slow, prone to bias, and doesn't scale: the larger the company grows, the more time is wasted on screening. Jobu needed a system that could do that work in seconds, without removing human judgment from the process.
The Solution
We built a recruitment platform with an AI-powered matching engine that cross-references each candidate's profile with the vacancy requirements and generates a compatibility score. Recruiters see candidates ranked by relevance instead of having to read 200 CVs in sequence. We designed the full experience: job posting, CV upload, automated analysis, and a decision panel in a single interface.
